Return Policy

At The Baggist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Timeframe

  • 30-Day Return Period: You can return items up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

Condition of Items

  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, as good as new, without any damage, wear, or alterations. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@thebaggist.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and materials. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made items
